Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Hit bonus doesnt work. Its not only problem with bad showing correct value in character info but it actually doesnt work (miss with meel abilities in pvp happens, shouldnt with my hit rating + this bouns but i unfortunately dont have pic for that).

Please bring a proof when you hit a target with a melee ability (yellow damage) and it sais *MISS* while having at least 2% hit from items and +6% from Dual Weild. I've tested it and for me it works fine.

Now I think its some kind of general bug with miss so maybe bonus form enh spec works. I posted new topic on forum.

Lava Lash does spell(fire) damage therefore you need SPELL HIT soft cap.(4-5%)

Nejna is a Night Elf, and night elfs have a racial quickness(2% miss chance from melee/ranged attackers).
You can read about it here: http://www.wowwiki.com/Quickness

So because of this you would require 6% spell and/or 7% melee hit to hit night elfs and not miss.

Only melee,doesn't affect spell.
Passively increases the night elves' chance to avoid Melee and Ranged attacks (excluding spells) by 2%.

Lava Lash's spell school is Fire.
Blizzard might have a special case handling for this spell but I doubt it..therefore Lava Lash benefits of spell hit and ONLY spell hit on our server.
That's why he missed with it as well,his spell hit ain't soft capped.

E.g If Lava Lash spell school was Physical,the caster would require melee hit in order to successfully apply the effects(in this case % wep damage as fire) but the damage itself would require spell hit as it's fire.

First of all, in wow there is something called hit rating bonus and it affect EQUALY spell hit chance and meel hit chance.
Secondly, you cant have meel hit soft cap without having spell hit soft cap becouse spell hit soft cap REQUIRES LESS HIT RATING THEN meel hit soft cap and I have spell hit cap in pvp.
And last information for you lava lash isnt spell it is ABILITY like warrior heroic strike for example, you think warriors/hunters/rogues have spells too?

I think only person who need "learn wow" here is YOU.

The spell hit for PvP is 4%, the melee/range (special attacks) hit is 5% (u may still miss vs Nelfs). However when dualwielding u get an extra miss penalty to your auto attacks witch means u can always get an auto attack miss cuz in order to cap the wight attacks u need like 24% (24 if I remember corectly, maybe more) hit.

Night elfs just need 2% more hit. You've missunderstand, that doesn't mean that always U can miss NE, it just increahse hit cap needed. What else, He've Spell and Meele hit cap overcaped, so He shouldn't miss - spell hit cap=4%, so on NE it's 6% -> He've more than 6% on spell. Anyway NE racial improve only miss chance for ranged and meele, so Spell hit chance have nothing to say here.

In my opinion it means that i have to have 2% more hit cap to always hit nelfs with abilities not that i will always (no mater how high hit chance bonus i have) have 2% chance to miss...
I have 4% + 6% from talents so i souldnt be able to miss any player with my abilities what apparently doesnt work!

Even if lava lash is spell (what will be definitely bugged) i still have spell hit soft cap and nelfs ability to "Passively increases the night elves' chance to avoid Melee and Ranged attacks (excluding spells)".

Heroic Strike is a Physical attack and the damage effect is also Physical,learn your stuff before talking.

About your hit rating,it affects melee/range equally but spell hit has another formula,I wasn't supposed to guess your spellhit.
