The seal should be refreshed (with your current stats) after each weapon swing.

Its true.Also the direct dmg is bugged aswell.

So i have tested a bit more today. Turns out i was wrong, Inquisition and Avenging wrath does increase seal of truth damage but only if u freshly apply it. (if target weren't affected by seal of truth). Its still a bug tho. Also i think damage calculations are wrong on inquisition might look in to that later.

It is affected if you re-apply it, like you said.
I remember that there was another post about this and some guy got some proof that it is okay like this.

So you'll have to bring proof that it should be affected by your stats in real-time.

Have you took a look at the date of your link?Its from 4.0.6 not from 4.3.4 .

And it probably bugged again since we are on 4.3.4 now and not on 4.0.6

Cand dai refresh, ar trebui sa fie calculat iar damage-ul. E ca si cum l-ai pune din nou. La Vampiric Touch de exemplu, se recalculeaza damage-ul la refresh, la seal nu. Ai prins ideea?
