Bug description: You can't speak with the Kor'kron Squad Commander - probably missing gossip script. Also it's not spawned on the right spot.

Update: You don't have to speak with the Kor'kron Squad Commander in order to complete the quest. Its bugged but can be completed. You just simply have to turn on to the quest ender NPC. I'm sorry, found it only hours later.
