[DUPLICATE] Gurthalak , Voice of the Deeps PROC!

Descrierea bugului / Bug description:
1.La noi pe server procul este FOARTE MIC. In 5minute de dps-ing la dummy am prins doar un proc (In cel mai bun caz) , uneori nu prind nici macar unu.
2.dmg-ul tentaculelor trebuie sa fie scalat de attackpower si mastery , respectiv Dreadblade la DK Unholy.
3.Se pot scoate mai multe tentacule in acelasi timp, nu numai 1. Asta depinde tot de proc..
Proof: Nu am video sa arate cat de des este procul , dar pun aici niste screenshots cu dmg-ul pe freakz si videouri cum ar trebuii sa mearga.....oarecum.

lol man I Wanted to report this and you already did gj ,

So yea , I have some SS for the first 2 points if gms want to see them


1- The tentacle does low damage , supposedly reading forums the heroic one should do 17k per tick on dummies , here like 2k more or less

2- The tentacle does NOT benefit from unholy mastery Dreadblade, when it should , with unholy and frost s pec it did the same 2k damage

3- The tentacle does proc with very low chance, again according to forums is 3 ppm , but here procs maybe about every 2-3 minutes

4- Maybe it's the reason number 3 happens , it's possible it doesn't proc with melee skills?


So yea , at least the low damage and low proc issues are confirmed , can this be fixed so us donors be happy ?


ED: Check what gurthalak does the people on the vids have , 10k should be the normal version

ED2 : just saw your post in detail , no , gurthalak isn't affected by attack , it does fixed damage (17k heroic version per tick of mind flay , 10k normal version) , and it is indeed affected by unholy dk mastery , which as far as I know is the only thing that mods it's damage

ED3 : Dunn o how but I just procced it twice on bg , so it does indeed proc twice still the low proc chance is a problem , also seems the slow works
