Well... i bought Spectral Wind Rider for 100 Vote Points and sent them to my main character in Exodus
My total vote points was cut -100 Vote Points .. so Successful ..
But i went on my character in-game .. didnt received any mail .. until now ( about 5-6 hours after the buy )

Any help ?

check mounts tab in your spellbook.

The mount is added directly to your spell book.
