Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Doesnt have 8 secs in pvp.
Dovada / Proof:

Patch 4.0.6 (8-Feb-2011): Slow now has a PvP duration of 8 seconds.

Dovada / Proof: I have here a movie in which I prove that slow refreshes at arcane blast cast on the blizzard official server.
