Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Nu functioneaza acel 3% hit chance, a fost reparata chestia asta pe 4.0.6 pt toate clasele sa afiseze in character tab + sa si functioneze hit chance cum trebuie, poate fi aplicat din nou acel fix cred, cel putin la dk la acest spell nimic n-a fost schimbat.Este un spell foarte important pt dk, cel putin in pve ca dual wield e vital acel hit.

Ai testat pe dummy sa vezi ca nu merge ?

The char panel thing is only visual. Go practice your rotation on a dummy with recount enabled and see how many times do mele attacks miss. The talent works properly, it's just not displayed right.
