Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Nu da 12 tickuri cum ar trebui (4 mind flay x 3 ticks) cateodata da 10 sau 11 si damageul este mai mic decat trebuie

Damageul este de asemena mai mic dupa cum se vede in screenu de mai jos si in vod, da 14958 cu buful de la https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=2458 ceea ce inseamna ca damageul fara dmg modfiers este de 13463
