Descrierea bugului / Bug description: "Precision" fury warrior passive talent does not increase hit chance by 3% . As you can see from the the picture, i have 2.02% Hit Chance and yet i missed with "Heroic Strike" on a level 85 Dummy. If Precision was working i shouldn't be missing with special attacks (5% is the hit rating cap on same level enemies).
