[FIXED] [Warrior][PvE][PvP] Precision

Bug description:

"Precision" - Fury warrior talent is NOT working. It does NOT increase hit chance by 3%. In the following pictures you can see that i missed with special attacks like Heroic Strike, Bloodthirst on a level 85 dummy. I have 2.04% hit chance and IF "Precision" is working, i should have NOT missed with any of the special attacks, because in this situation i am hit capped versus same level enemies ( 5.04% hit chance = 2.04% my base hit chance + "INVISIBLE" 3% hit chance from Precision)

I also respecced all my gear to hit rating and got 5% hit chance and haven't missed with any of the special attacks against level 85 dummy.


My conclusion is "Precision" is definitely BUGGED.



P.S. My previous bug report has been rejected with explanation that the 3% hit chance from Precision is not shown in
Character Info, but it is working like "behind the scenes".

So if this is the case, if Precision is actually giving 3% hit chance and is not showing in the Character Info, can you PLEASE
explain me why am i missing with special attacks as written above???

Ok i did a test on player.
In this picture you can see that i have 2.04% hit chance, and from combat log you can see that i have missed with Heroic Strike.

If Precision -is-working-corectly-behind-the-scenes- i shouldn't have missed.

Hmm, seems to be true. Problem might be at hit cap, anyway:
500 Colossus Smash -> 484 hit / 16 miss (link)
500 Bloodthirst -> 483 hit / 17 miss (link)
500 Heroic Strike -> 486 hit / 14 miss (link)
500 Cleave -> 488 hit / 12 miss (link)
Tested with 244 hit = 2,03%

Acum e afisat corect si in char sheet / Now it's correctly displayed in char sheet too
