My Heirloom is missing

Hi, i wanna ask , my Heirloom which i bought for 20 vote points suddenly gone!, is there any time limit for the heirlooms?, please help me

I have same problem all my looms have vanished Weapon and armor ????

OK so i found them in my mail box but still cant equip, plz help best bow/gun i can get in AH is 2k gold Surprise

Since they had errors with heirloom items, they confiscated them, and resent them. So, if you're unable to equip the heirloom(s), send them to another toon, equip them, and send them back.

I already sent it to my other character, and they can equip it, but after i sent it back to the original character, the heirloom still cant be equipped

is there any need to sent it to another ID or just your other characters?

Yeah did'nt work for me either

but my toon has now surpassed the lvl req for these looms have started collecting Cata Questing Gear will soon be lvl85

heirlooms should only work till level 80.
