The thing is that it gives u the extra mana but lowers your SP by 4% toward Totemic Wrath. What it should do is giving u the extra mana but leaving u with the 10% SP given from TW, like Dalaran Brilliance.
This is here back from 4.0.6 btw.

Se refera strict la Spellpower ca nu se stackeaza. Nu ar trebui sa-ti dea 10% + 10% etc. Sau 6% + 10%. De exemplu ai Fel Intelligence si Arcane Brilliance ele ar trebui sa se stackeze ca buffs si ca stats doar 6% sp si 2k mana din AB si 326 mp5 din FI. Daca ai FI si BOM (blessing of might) ar trebui sa se stackeze ca buffs si ca stats doar Attack Power din BOM si restu din FI, astfel mp5'ul din BOM sa fie pasiv (in sensul ca nu ar trebui sa se stackeze cu mp5'ul din FI).

Pai ozarul cred ca la spell power se referea oricum ar trebui facut bug report explicand exact ce trebuie reparat

Deci... sa zicem ca eu am 10,000 spell power si un mage imi da arcane brilliance... eu o sa am 10,600 spell power (corect)
Daca eu apoi pun un fire totem (Totem of Wrath) in loc sa primesc cel 10% spell power din spell powerul initial si sa obtin 11,000 spell power, raman tot la 10,600 spell power.

Sper ca s-a inteles acum... cand ai si arcane brilliance si totem of wrath primesti spell powerul de la briliance in loc sa il primesti pe cel de la Totem of wrath.

Confirm, o solutie temporara ar fi sa se puna intai totemul pe jos si dupa sa se dea brilliance ca asa merge din cate am vazut, totusi nu ar trebui lasata situatia asa pentru ca prin raiduri un shaman mai da recall la toteme sau le pune de mai multe ori, nu cred ca o as stea juma de raid sa dea cancel la brilliance sa astepte totemu si dupa aia sa dea iar brilliance in timp ce se bat cu un boss

Defapt solutia ar fi sa se dea totem of wrath/demonic pact si dupa dalaran brilliance nu arcane brilliance.

uita-te frumos la video la buffurile din partea de sus : Arcane briliance si totemic wrath
si in cazul in care in video nu se observa bine buffurile, am salvat acea segventa unde se vad amandoua:

Nu zic ca nu este bug sau ceva, insa multe buffs se stackeaza vizual sau folosesc decat o parte din tooltip nu tot tooltipul. De exemplu poti avea si might si aura de ap de la hunter same time, insa APu dat de might nu il primesti, primesti doar mana.
Asa ca faptu ca aduceti filme/prints cu buffs nu sunt elocvente.
