Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Improved Hamstring talent does not reduce Global Cool Down of Hamstring spell by 0.5 sec. In the picture below you can see that all spells are reseting the same time. With this talent Hamstring is supposed to be reseted 0.5 sec faster than rest of the spells.

Hamstring has a 1.5s GCD,Imp. Hamstring reduces it down to 1s.

What's wrong?

NOTE: In 4.0.6 it was reducing the GCD by 1.0s therefore you could notice the difference even better.

CastingTime (Id 1) = 0.00
RecoveryTime: 0 ms, CategoryRecoveryTime: 0 ms
StartRecoveryCategory = 133, StartRecoveryTime = 1500.00 ms


1500.00 ms. = 1.5s.

Improved Hamstring Rank 2 decreases that recovery time by -500 ms(see the spell finder),making Hamstring's global cooldown one second(1000.00 ms),therefore it'll get in par with your other abilities.

And here is more detailed proof that "Improved Hamstring" talent is "partially" bugged

"Improved Hamstring -> When reapplying Hamstring, you immobilize the target for 5 sec. This effect cannot occur more than once every 30 sec. In addition, reduces the global cooldown of your Hamstring by 0.5 sec."

I am talking about Improved Hamstring 2/2. So, other spells have 1.5 GCD, and Hamstring should have 1 sec GCD.

From picture 1 you can see that i have NOT learned Improved Hamstring talent, and Hamstring GCD is the same with the rest of spells.

In picture 2 it is shown that i HAVE learned Improved Hamstring talent, and Hamstring GCD is same with the rest of spells, Instead of reduced GCD by 0.5 sec.

Might be a bug with warriors GCD?

Check the GCD without improved hamstring and notice the cooldowns ;-/

GCD for abilities = 1.5 sec
Hamstring with Improved Hamstring should be 1 sec. It's obvious it's bugged, improved hamstring doesn't reduce Hamstrings cd to 1 sec, it remains at 1.5 sec.

Am luat immune de la un priest discipline de 7 ori la rand intro arena la hamstring immobilize effect , este vreun talent ceva care da imun la imobilize?

Eu am patit intr-o arena ca shamanu resto sa imi dea imune la improved hamstring , pur si simplu nu puteam, nu stiu exact care e problema dar am patit si eu.

Lol, time to learn wow. Use any spell 1.5s GCD, use hamstring with imp. hamstring 1s GCD, it works. What you want is just an aberration, and let me explain you why:
So if you use Mortal Strike for example, you trigger 1.5s GCD, 0.5s remaining GCD on other spells and you use Hamstring, what happen? -> 1.5s GCD on all spells and 1s GCD on Hamstring again
