Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Cand aplici acest spell pe jos si acolo nu se afla nici un npc acest spell nu functioneaza chiar daca nu ai 100% heal nici macar echo of light nu procuie, in momentul in care inauntrul cercului se afla un npc dummy acest spell incepe sa functioneze, imediat in momentul in care acel npc nu mai este in cerc inceteaza sa functioneze.
In mod normal ar trebui sa functioneze indiferent daca este vreun npc dumy sau orice altceva acolo.

Cred ca (si din ce am observat pe priestu meu) nu merge daca nu esti in combat, cand intri in combat incepe sa dea heal. In orice caz un bug exista si confirm.
