[Shaman][PvP] - Grounding Totem

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Daca pui Grounding Totem in los, majoritatea abilitatilor nu au nici un efect pe shaman sau totem, sau dai abilitatea iti ia mana, iti da cd, fara efect, cu mesajul "Target not in line of sight".
Grounding Totem nu dispare cat timp e in loss chiar daca dau toate speel fara effect.
