1: Why is the camp of terror base tolerated and we should do nothing?

Is that Normal?

If the CT team is stronger than the team t wait then the t team just in the base and is glad to run down the time and the admins do anything! but then when I kill a player who just waits in the base I get slay?
Why should we kick the campers are constantly on every corner but the squat so that admins can see nothing!
Sorry nothing against the admins but some are really rude and you get no information for any questions!

on maps where u plant bombs CT's are not alowed to shoot in T base(base=buyzone) even if the bomb is planted....if T doesn't go out of theyr base the time run's down and CT wins the round
If there are few admins online they cant watch on 20-30 players at the same time so....some players get away unpunished others get slay/kick
On hostage maps T is not allowed in CT base.....

If the ct Team is Winning the t Team camp only in Base and whait 4 the time is zero! and new Round start and again the ct team is winnig the t team is camping again in base!
So and admin do nothing! but if i kill the base campers i get banned ore slay!

The ct team win because is made with player with high level and rush to the T base....then t have no choise but camp in base.
if you'll stay on site you'll never get slayed
