Days passed and still lagging:(

Well i made this post cus last post i made about this problem i got no answer .
Hi.well what to say ,days passed after cpu update and im still lagging .they have been told us (me and my friends) that this is isp problem .i made this Post to ask is there any progress on fixing this problem or we just have to be lag like this all the time .before update i had like 90 to 250 MS max ,right after update and server was online again normaly i have like 450 and at night i cant play cus its like 900 to 2500 now i cant join any raid .is there any plan on fixing this cus its annoying.

I made this ticket as a leader of my friend cus most of them are from countries that cant speak English that well so they told me to make this on their behalf .we are counting on a GM respond this time.

i have moticed higher MS than normal (normaly 150 ms , im at 300-500 now)

I have higher ms too and it's lagging a lot..
