Descrierea bugului / Bug description:
1. Questurile respective pun niste buffuri care dureaza 5 minute si ar trebui sa te poti duce in zona factiunii opuse a Dalaranului fara sa te teleporteze afara pentru a vorbi cu NPC-ii cu care trebuie.
2. NPCii ( Arcanist / Magister ) nu-ti dau itemele necesare pentru terminarea questului (ar trebui sa ti le dea cand vorbesti cu ei).

Fixed partea a 2 a cu itemele pe care ar trebui sa le dea npcii, mai ramane de fixat partea cu teleportatul

horde side: to avoid to be teleported out from alliance's base, you can enter from window, where vendors stay. quest works and can be completed

Temporary suggestion (si insist pe temporary): ca tot este Arcanist Tybalin neutru, puteti pune quest item-ul drop la el direct (si asa l-am omorat deja de cateva ori, de ciuda...) ori se pot spawna (temporar, pana se fixeaza) ambii npcs in alta locatie, in Dalaran, unde vor putea ajunge atat H players, cat si A players.

p.s.: nu-mi dati cu piatra-n cap, dar uneori ceva progres este mai bun decat "no progress".
