Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Cand am frost nova nu pot folosi Shadowstep imi zice " Unable to move " ar trebuie sa mearga deoarece nu este stun va rog frumos cand puteti reparati bugul , am pierdut multe arene din cauza asta

Nu merge bine , trebuie sa ma teleporteze in spatele adversarului chiar daca am roots / nova.

proof ca ar trebui sa te teleporteze din nova lol , la spell nu scrie nimic de disable/cancel movement imparing effects

invata tu te rog wow si nu te baga in seama daca nu stii nimic ,
nu am zis ca trebuie sa dea remove la nova / root , trebuie sa ma teleporteze in spate CU tot cu frost mova / root pe mine .

la un simplu search pe google Shadowstep (Subtlety) is no longer usable while rooted.

ah scuze , pe 4.0.6 a mers sa dau shadowstep din roots.... credeam ca asa trebuie sa mearga vad ca era bug ....
