Descrierea bugului / Bug description: aveam 99 de mounturi si am luat de pe vote points al 100-lea. cand am intrat in joc achivul era obtinut frumos, mailul cu mountul era venit dar cand vreau sa invat Red dragonhawk imi zice mesajul urmator : " you do not have the required proficiency for that item."

Ai invatat iar riding acum recent, de cand s-a bagat 4.3.4 ? S-a resetat cand s-a trecut pe 4.3.4 si trebuie sa inveti iara.
