[REJECTED] Alliance low lvl ore mines

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: I started JC today on a new char and when i went to set out to look for those wonderful mines around Stormwinds surrounding areas inc Westfall and Duskwood i noticed a drastic drop of the number of mines, and the ones i did find had a normal drop rate like in retail.... but as far as i can tell as of two days ago i was out farming the higher lvl and drops+uncut gems were dropping as they should.
I havent mined any of the low lvl ore mines since 4.0.6 when i had started blacksmithing on one of my chars
If anyone can take a look into this that would be great! ^_^

They are working fine, do a tour of the map and you get enough because the drop rates are higher

Fixes will be live only after a server restart !
