[REJECTED] [Paladin][PvP][PvE] Divine Storm low dmg. Major prob (100hits good proove)

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: The test is done with 100 normal hits on dummy for best accuracy! So the Avarage damage from DS (divine storm) after 100 hits is 5373 dmg. Considering tooltip DS does 100% weapon damage. My weapon damage range is from 6872 to 8307 so my Avarage weapon damage is 6872+8307/2=7589.5 dmg. So appears that 5373 dmg Avg dmg DS are 70.8%: (5373/7589,5)x100=70,8% dmg. DS should do 100% wep dmg Not 70.8% wep dmg.

the training dummy i did test on didnt have nor armor no resil - its like you are hitting a bunny. Btw crusader strike does the wep damage and its somewhere around my wep damage but DS damage is clearly too low.

Damage calculations based of weapon damage is wrong in this server.
Lets do some math on crusader strike for example now:

My weapon damage: 3214 (max) 2142 (min) ( http://imgur.com/zhLZYu6 )
Also my crusader strike damage is increased by my talents ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=20113&&name=two-handed-weapon-specialization ) and ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=31868&&name=crusade ) So in total that would be 190% on my crusader strike.

(((13576/14) * 3.3 ) + 3214) * 190% = 12186 < So that would be my crusader strike max damage without crit with this amoun of AP
(((13576/14) * 3.3 ) + 2142) * 190% = 10149 < And this would be my min damage

You can see that it ranges from 9k to 10k without even getting close to 12186.

A reparat Armor damage reduction exact pe 15.02 si probabil nu era live,de aici si diferenta de damage,I doubt this report..
Un gm cu .cheat cooldown ar putea testa mult mai usor..
