colossus smash (warrior skill)

Hi,

Yesterday i was running the new raid boss in DS as arms warrior and all of the sudden i stardet to realise something the damage i did was the same with or without colossus smash.

tooltip says:

Colossus Smash
Level 90
Melee Range
Instant
20 sec cooldown
Requires Warrior (Arms, Fury)
Requires level 81
Requires Melee Weapon
Smashes a target for 175% weapon damage plus 2218 and weakens their defenses, allowing your attacks to bypass 100% of their armor for 6 sec, and causes the Physical Vulnerability effect on the target. Bypasses less armor on players.

my point is, are we skipping the enemies armor for 6 seconds?

maybe thiss can be lookt into cuz it sure feals like it doesnt

in pvp 50% i pve its still 100%

well did test it Yday again in both pve and pvp and i swear not even 50 % .....

and tooltip says 100% Should be both pve and pvp i would say
