Descrierea bugului / Bug description: vampiric touch dont benefit from 30%haste for second new tick. Nude only with 3% of darkness(talent) + 5% of mind quickening =8%, vampiric touch must have 5 ticks, with gear at 30%haste must have 7 ticks, but it have only 6 ticks.

actually http://forum.wow-freakz.com/haste-breakpoints-problem-found-t207086.html is better, as the haste bug affects more than just priests, haste is currently bugged and you need 2x the haste you should need for an extra tick
