Hi, I have this question because it's bugged or flying at hipogryfie would fix it because so stupid as to get on the griffin automatically teleport to the target and I like to watch how it goes if they would fix it and it will be

You should explain the situation better (meaning, exactly what are you referring about; what neck?; what bug?; why are you talking about a flying mount, if I understood right).
