[FIXED] [Druid][PvE][PvP] Glyph of thorns

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: reduce durata corect, spelul poate fi 'castat' iei cd,dar nu pune nici un buff pe target. Am pus'castat' pt ca desi il dai in combat log nu iti arata nimic. cast-urile de thorns prezente din combat log sunt dinainte de a pune glyphul.

Ce vrea sa zica el e ca atunci cand folosesti Glyph of Thorns, spellul in sine nu mai aplica nici un buff si nici efect.
