Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Howling Blast HUGE DMG NERF. OR BUG.
Dovada / Proof: Does same damage as in 4.0.6 where it was bugged as well. It should deal nearly as much damage as Frost Strike. There is no Proof since retail is already in MoP. But u can search some videos and and check howling blast damage is not 5k with burst.. is about 10k in 4500 more or less Resilience.
