Kill Command Formula:
(848 + 51,6% of RAP) * 1 or (848 + (RAP * 0,516)) * 1

Code:

Pets: The Happiness/Pet Loyalty System has been removed. Hunters will no longer have to manage Happiness for their pets, and the previous damage bonus for pets being happy will now be baseline for all tamed pets.

This means that all of taming pets always do 25% more damage from all attacks, including Kill Command!

RAP 736:
(848 + (736 * 0,516)) * 1.25 = 1534,72

RAP 11752:
(848 + (11752 * 0,516)) * 1,25 = 8640,04

dunno about that
in PVE full burst i crit with Kill comand for a max of 115k

i would say it works pretty darn good
