Descrierea bugului / Bug description:

I'm dk frost 4719 resilience. Is it possible to hit exacly the same dmg in two different arenas ? You can notice that in 1st arena i got Icebound Fortitude on, in the 2nd off. And the dmg still the same. Arcane Blast seems to ignore 20% reduction, and also too high dmg in my opinion. I'm not sure if it is bug or exploit.
(Both of ss was made asap after arena, you can still see cds i used )

arcane blast seems to be doing too much dmg, ignoring resilience or something if you want this video you'll see retail mages didn't do the kind of dmg they do here on higher resil targets

~40-50k crits seem to be the highest, not the 70k etc we get here
