7th tab guild bank voucher

My guild reach lvl 5 so I purchased http://www.wowhead.com/item=62286/guild-vault-voucher-7th-slot I used it but never got the 7th tab. Is this a known bug or is there a way to get the 10k gold refunded that I spent on it? Thanks for any help.

I don't know if that's possible either, add wow_freakz_ro2 in your Y!M list and ask him.
