indeed it's better, but please give some details what happend when you told him that he gave the loot to the wrong person. What I mean is this may be not ninjaing but simply a mistake(didn't see the highest roll and gave it to the second highest roller). I was once in a situation like that and the leader made whenever he could to fix his mistake.

leader said nothing or just don't notice it...alot of raid member said i win but he still give item to other ppl...when all items rolled he and the other guy leaved...and that was all...

I'll add him because of http://i.imgur.com/Y4aV3aX.jpg - people raging at him is enough of a proof that he did ninja that item. but please have in mind that his roll in the first atempt dont present in your SS's. I wish you never get in such situation again but if you do, don't miss to SS the ninja's roll as well.

This evening i did a Dragon Soul 25n . The leader of raid was Bloodyheart from the guild Wrath Of The AvenGerS. He is at horde.He ninjad all items.
Firtsly, he gived at roll http://www.wowhead.com/item=77214(the mace one handed)- a shamy should brought the mace but a pala holy rolled higher than the shamy . That pala received the mace but pala was offline hole the fight and at the end he loged in.
Secondly, he gived at roll http://www.wowhead.com/item=77212(one handed axe) and the highest roll had that holy pala who was offline.Despite the fact that he was healer and of he reveived the sword.
Thirdly,he gived at roll http://www.wowhead.com/item=77261(leather resto bracers) I was the only druid here and i am resto , i didnt roll for it cause i already had it. A shamy rolled and he received the item but many others said that lead should to DE roll.
Fourtly,he gived at roll http://www.wowhead.com/item=77230(finger for dps with str) A DK had the highest roll but he had 200 dps. He died at the begging of the boss.
Fivetly,he took http://www.wowhead.com/item=71998 (the essence of destruction). After this he left the raid group very fast and logged off.
I know that i dont have screenshots but after raid many people said to friends and on global that him is ninja to make him well-known as a bad guy and to avoid this situations. Many friends and members of the raid said that i have to do this post beacause we have to rid from that kind of players.
Others said that them too will do a post. I hope you will solve this kind of problems.No one likes to be in this kind of situation.

Hello, unfortunatelly it won't be fair to put his name in the list without legit proofs. I'll wait for those other people you mentioned to reply with some SS.
