Reduce crafting cast-times to 3 seconds

Hi!

In order to make it easier for new people to skill up in crafting professions, it would be a nice quality of life improvement to have all the crafting skill casts reduced to 3 seconds. I have skilled up (partially) two Blacksmiths, and while stocking up on tonnes of ore is one problem, it is actually less of an issue than the "queue up 15 Mithril Coifs, go bowl with my friends/do laundry/watch a movie" part is.

And the real part of that is that the time I am crafting stuff I am not really playing the game - I am actually being forced not to play the game because watching progress bar for 5+ minutes is not very fun. Now, I understand why reducing the casts to 1 second might be a bit of problem (not to mention totally different from WoW original servers) - but reducing the crafts from 10+ seconds to 3 should be a viable middle ground as most of the crafting skills only have this "long-casting-hump" in the middle of them. High level crafting is usually done in 3 seconds each.
