Descrierea bugului / Bug description: In mare parte ca sa explic desi este foarte usor de testat , daca eu folosesc riptide cand am Unleash Elements activat ar trebui sa imi creasca si heal-ul overtime care il i-au de la riptide . Iar daca dau Riptide cu Unleash Elements si Earth Shield activat ar trebui ca heal-ul overtime de la riptide sa creasca si de la Unleash si de la Earth shield . Chiar DACA eu pun water shield dupa ce am dat riptide cu earth shield pe mine heal-ul overtime nu ar trebui afectat .

E deja bug report cu asta, verifica la confirmed. E bug la abilitatile in genul asta cu instant damagebheal si dupa damage/heal over time. Primeste increase doar partea instanta a abilitatii. Verifica forumul cu confirmed bugs. Am facut chiar eu un topic asemanator dar pentru Unleash+Flame Shock.

I tested and the hot from Riptide doesn't seem to increase from Unleash and ES. Only the direct heal part.

Spinner zice altceva, anyway se duce la trash si am sa fac eu un bug report separat pentru ca e bug general nu tine doar de shaman.
