Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Rolling Thunder does not refresh the duration of Lightning Shield, although it should.

You can see in the image I just generated two lightning shield charges but the duration of Lightning Shield did not refresh.

In addition, I found a link showing this has been this way on retail for quite a while:

You're right but this is a general bug regarding spells that are refreshed. I am going to close this and edit it when i'll finish my research.

confirm, la fiecare stack adaugat de lightning shield durata sa trebuie sa se reseteze la basicul de 10 min, e enervant la encountere de 10 min+ sau trashuri sa stai sa fi atent sa dai refresh la light shield, cand nu ar trebuii sa ai grija asta

Sa mai mentionam faptul ca nu este un chance de 60% sa iti dea 2% mana... chance e undeva la 30%.


Si sa mai mentionam faptul ca daca targetul are shield full absorb, sau spellul este absorbit de grounding totem, acesta are chance 0% sa dea mana back ?
