Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Cand iti dai sa zicem lifebloom in Normal form e mai mult si cand intrii in moonkin form e mai slab ....

o fi dar el a adus dovada doar la lifebloom, deci eu am facut diferenta doar la lifebloom nu am avut de unde sa stiu care e diferenta la alte spells de heal daca intelegi...

I am almost sure THIS IS NOT A BUG!Read Exactly what Master Shapeshifter does...Tree of life/Caster Form-4% increased healing...and when u go into boomkin form this no longer applies which means its replaced by the 4% spell damage..which is totaly correct.
Hopefuly I cleared out your problems.
