Pentru inceput deschidet un nou fisier cu orce marime apoi selectati filter-render-cloud si va iesi ceva de genul asta:

Apoi dati Filter-stylize-glowing edges si faceti urmatoarele setari:

Urmatorul pas este sa va duceti la Image-Adjument-Hue/Saturation si faceti urmatoarele setari si dati ok:
