Hi ive recently found a problem every time i go out of a battleground i get stuck and cant move its the same every time i go in a battleground i deleted cache reseted key bindings but still cant move until i type /reload and then i mostly fall trough the map and die

You just need to change your movement speed. Every class has some way of doing it.
