Details: (optional): When i returned my chararcter from the site i lost all items that i had. As you can see in my character activity at the armory i had pvp gear and pve gear. Look at my items at the armory, they dont show up here https://www.wow-freakz.com/recover_items.php ..

...what ? That's not possible, hundreds of characters are recovered weekly and noone complained about such thing.

With "i lost all items i had" i mean that they were gone after i recovered my character. Look at my armory. All the items i had are there, but i can't recover them from the website. I can give you my account to see yourself that the items are unrecoverable. Check out this picture of the recovery panel: http://prntscr.com/13o43f

What does "recover my character" mean ? Delete + restore it from the website ?

Yes. I stopped playing and decided to delete the character. After 1-2 weeks i decided to play again and i recovered my character, but the items were gone.

You didn't delete it. Arrtrock has been deleted ONCE couple of months ago, and it was on another account, so... ?

I know that it was deleted months ago. But you are wrong, that is the account where i created the character. The old name of it is Jessicaa. See your logs again. Also, check my armory and see which items i had. I can give you screenshots when the character name was Jessicaa.
