Descrierea bugului / Bug description: It doesn't add combo point as it's supposed to whenever one of raid members criticals. However, it does give a combo points IF you're not in a raid / solo and criticals.
Dovada / Proof: Just try it, it gives you better explanation.

The talent itself works.
The problems comes from the aura not coming back if it gets replaced by another 5% crit buff.
