Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Problema este ca in loc sa dea 2% mana cum spune setul, da 2 mana (fara %, doar 2). Base mana la belf priest @ 85 este 23490, deci ar trebui sa primesc ~470 mana in loc de 2 cat primesc acum.

Ma mir cum de nu a observat nimeni, daca spamezi healuri procu ala nici nu mai da tick, daca nu te opresti din cast si nu-l lasi 5 secunde fara sa-i dai refresh pur si simplu nu da tick lol.

Si nu, nu ar trebui sa faca asta rofl.
