"While it's true it applies the same Mortal Wounds debuff, this also means it only lasts 10 seconds in PvP, regardless of the 30 seconds the tooltip states. I'm getting the full 30 on target dummies but only 10 in PvP. At least that's how it's working at the time of this post. Absolutely not worth the focus cost."
