The NPC wrongly give the item are:

2:The Item is automatically given by killing the bottom NPCS which NPC then vanished which not supposed to happen like this at all..The item is given this way when i have the quest or not.

NPC Link:it's for fishing daily quest,i don't know if it's bugged or anything but your database says 100% chance drop and i have fished for quite some time in both lakes (Skysong and Sunspring) and i couldn't fish the damn fish.see if there is a problem please.
