Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Am testat pe dummy. Am castat Starsurge, iar in momentul castului mi-a intrat PROC. Dupa ce am terminat cast-ul la Starsurge, nu s-a resetat CD-ul... am ramas cu buff-ul de Shooting stars si cu CD pe Starsurge.

confirm . Testat . Cand castezi starsurge si iti procuie talentul , iti pune cd la starsurge , dar proc de la talent ramane la buff
