you will also find a q item that keeps dropping in Tanaris and other zones. It just happens. You have to delete it everytime. Or I think if you do the quest , it won't show up anymore. But i had the same problem skinning different mobs.

I also think there is an add-on that will automatically delete certain items from your bag. try to google for it.
