Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Problema spelluri anumite caractere in general melee dps . E ca si cum ar fi un global cd in + . trebuie sa apas de 4-5 ori pe un spell ca sa pot da damage cu el.
Dovada / Proof:Este luat dintr-un topic . Vreau sa arat ca nu sunt primul care are problema aceasta.

+1 confirm , eu pateam chestii de genul asta in arene cu mage , chiar daca imi arata spelul GATA vizual degeaba il apasam ca doar peste 0.5 / 1 sec casta si nu era de la lag sau calc slab.

problema este din cauza asta... Cand o sa se repare nu o sa mai avem probleme de genu. Asta e o problema generala la toate clasele nu doar la anumite caractere -

Are deja 7 luni bugu asta, chiar crezi ca o sa-l mai repare, "soon"? ... as vrea sa cred ca "poimaine", anyway pvp-u nu mai are farmec pe freakz... intru din cand sa vad daca este progres dar vad ca tot pe loc sta.

hmm... de cand joc wow nici o data nu mi sa intimplat asa cva... la toate caracterele pe care le-am avut/le am, totul merge/mergea ca pe ulei...

Interesant -, mie inca pe ptr imi mergea asa ("spell not ready yet"), pe 4.0.6 nu erau probleme desi nici atunci nu mergea spell que.
