Chaos Orbs, Bind to account (Vote Points)

Why dont put the Chaos Orbs that we get with vote points: Bind to account and not Bind to character as now??

So we can transfer only with our own characters

Well you can choose on your account about which character to send on the chaor orb or any soulbound item, so this suggestion is kinda pointless.. lol

I ask for this cause i have Bs and LW in 2 chars and so i can trade the orbs when some char dont needs it...
