Sti ca trebuie sa aiba weakened soul? debufu de la scut pe ei , ca sa ai critul acela in plus nu? la tine in combat log nu se vede deloc, te sfatuiesc sa iti pui glyph of holy shield, se vede healu in recount = dovada ca pui scut pe targets, si ra refaci testele , nu o zic de rau , da poate nu ai inteles ce trebuie sa faca cu adevarat spelu.

However I also tested my critical effect chance with my Flash Heal on a target affected by the weakened soul effect. Pretty much the same.
