The reason I recreated the topic is that Powermanz (the real owner) seemd like dumping us(he is afk for a month+) and the reports kept coming. Somebody needed to do something, and I was that "somebody"

Yeah, as someone already said, this list is complete crap if done without the proper proof. Like, passing items to someone who rolled 80 and did a good job contributing to the boss kill, instead of giving it to someone who rolled 90 and died in the start, or didn't follow tactics/had too low dps/hps, or whatever is completely legit, and that master looter should not be in this list, nor called a ninja. Yes, rules are made in the start of the raid, like below 18k dps, no loot. By staying, yo comply to them. But yeah, noobs just ignore it, and stay, even though they are dps who can barely do 14k dps, then they cry when hey don't get an item that they might have won, or with this Emofire complaining about Needlegun ninjaing, when he didn't even win the item, but I will get to this case soon. They post a ss then without the rules included, and the master looter who actually did nothing wrong ends in the blacklist because some other people are retarded. So, back to Emofire, or whatever the name is, I will check later, who reported Cheesy and Needlegun. First of all, your screenshots didn't contain the proof that Needlegun actually gave the item to Cheesy, not to mention that they didn't contain info as to weather Cheesy was there in a healing or dps spec. He had the dps legs already, okay. But if he was in the raid as a healer, he had all the right to roll for the tier leggings, regardless of having them for another spec. Don't even get me started on how pathetic you are as to check the activity feed for his item. Well, maybe that exactly proves that he didn't want to ninja it, and rolled for main spec, which was healer there, since you couldn't ss the legging being equipped on him because he was in another spec, for which he rightfully rolled. Again, I am reminding everyone that the screenshots don't contain proof that Needlegun even gave the item to Cheesy. So, why are those two on the blacklist, if someone can explain it to me? I am not saying they are not ninjas, maybe they are, I don't know. But based on the screenshots provided on this thread, they are definitely not ninjas, because it is either lacking the correct proof for it, or, more likely, they genuinely did not ninja in that case. I won't beg anyone to think before accusing people of ninjaing, because it would be in vain to do so, since there are always those retarded little kids who die on the start or do 4k dps in dps spec and role, and then QQ about not getting items, or just plain retarded people who twist the situation in their favor, just in order to get someone who they don't like blacklisted, but I want to ask the gms to better evaluate the "proof" that is getting posted in the complaints, because mistakes are obviously made by the gms who put the people in the blacklist.

So yes, I checked the ss again, and for Cheesy, we don't see the spec used in the raid where you are accusing them of ninjaing. Okay, he got the legging "yesterday", but that doesn't mean this raid was "yesterday", there is no date attached to the ss, so the second ss really proves nothing. Also, he acquired them at 17:10:24, and the raid was at 11:05, as shown on the ss. So even with a time zone difference, it might have been at some 12:05, for example. Why would he change them 5 hours later? I must go, I'll look into this a bit more once I'm back.

It's not the GMs who are putting the people in the list, it's 'dzvera' aka Hotdot, based on the screenshots, people's reports and Armory.

This is really ironic that Hotdot is a member of Power of Bulgaria - guild which last two weeks is doing global OS and Ony and ninjing the raids while spamming RW macro "Power of Bulgaria"

I don't play WoW from March I am just managing this thread because I don't think abandon it is the right decision, after all the efforts I put in it. Especially as I see that the amount of new posts is getting lower, which means that the idea of this thread is achieved.
