I was just wondering if this fun item was available. the mobs that drop this item do not drop any loot at all in icecrown. it would be awesome if it could be added on the vote rewards page. but I would buy it if I had to on the cash points page.

any information would be very helpful, thanx

it drops i got 4 of them in 2 houres in icecrown

We got one while clearing trash in front of PP in ICC as well.
