Descrierea bugului / Bug description: It heals the party member for too little. It should heal the party member for half of what I get (6% vs 3%), which is not the case.
3% of 15502 is 465
6% of 15502 is 930
The self healing part seems rather correct, but the healing of the party member is about half of what it should be.
